- What are the legal issues involved. Please be sure to provide an adequate and detailed explanation of the major legal issues, including the laws which pertain to the case. If you cannot understand the legal issues involved, please choose another celebrity case. (+5 pts.)
- If the case is ongoing, what do you believe will be a fair outcome of the case? Why do you believe that the court should decide that way based upon the law?, OR If the case has already been concluded, what were the main legal issues involved, and what was the reasoning that the court used to make the decision? Do you agree with the court? (+6 pts.)
Your assignment is to find one sport or entertainment figure who is currently involved in ongoing litigation, or has been involved in litigation in the past few years (from 2021-2024). Please report on the situation including all the details indicated below. If the situation that you find does not meet the following criteria please find another celebrity.
