Task groups are often utilized to address problems or initiate new programs. These groups often have specialized goals. The task group model provides a step-by-step process for identifying the problem, establishing goals, developing a plan of action, and evaluating the plan. In this Discussion, you consider how a task group might solve an issue in your community.
